Scope of Work: Asbestos Roof Refurbishment

This project involved removing the asbestos roof and replacing it with a new standing seam roof within a very tight time scale and without affecting the school calandar year. We achieved this by carring out the works on a phased basis during school holiday terms over a two year period. Independent background reassurance air monitoring and safe re-occupation asbestos clearance certification was carried out, to monitor our procedures and document that the works were kept within permitted exposure limits.
