This project involved removing the asbestos roof and replacing it with new insulated panels without affecting the client's business trading hours. We achieved this by forming a sealed partition beneath the store roof, that allowed the premises to operate as normal, without any obstructions or interference. Independent background reassurance air monitoring was carried out, to monitor our procedures and document that the works were kept within permitted exposure limits.

The contract also involved refurbishing the large flat roof area with Paralon and refurbishing the dome roof-lights, which contained asbestos rope seals.
